1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session. Payments are accepted via Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal, credit or debit cards through the Booking Form.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made later than that may result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Image Delivery

All edited images will be delivered within 7 business days via an online gallery. The number of edited images depends on the selected package. RAW files are not provided.

4. Usage & Copyright

All photographs and images remain the exclusive property and copyright of Aksana Kunihel Photography.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal use license for non-commercial purposes only, including personal printing, sharing with friends and family, and posting on personal social media accounts. Images may not be used for commercial purposes, resale, advertising, or any form of monetary gain without a separate written agreement.

Aksana Kunihel Photography retains the right to use all images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, advertising, publications, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the session.

RAW files are not provided under any circumstances.

5. Client Responsibilities

It is the client’s responsibility to arrive on time, be prepared, and communicate any specific requests prior to the session. Time lost due to lateness may not be recoverable.

6. Studio & Travel Fees

Studio sessions and travel outside of Houston, TX may incur additional fees. These will be discussed prior to booking.

7. Artistic Style

By booking a session, the client agrees to the photographer’s artistic vision and editing style. Re-editing is not offered unless due to technical error.

8. Safety & Conduct

We reserve the right to stop or cancel a session if the environment becomes unsafe, disrespectful, or violates agreed terms.
